It is widely known that in order for you to be truly committed to something your mind has to be completely into it. You have to be mentally committed to the goal/plan in order for it to work. If there is any room for left for doubt, then that doubt will start to grow until it wins the battle and you will often times give up on what you once thought was going to work.
Even the best laid plans are subject to the mind’s tricks and once you talk yourself out of something then it is incredibly hard to make it happen. At the same time, your mind can get you to and through some things in life that you thought were so tough at one point but you were able to conquer them in the end. It is all based around seeing and speaking things into existence which can be your best friend or your worst enemy.
Although I wasn’t always this way, I am now someone who believes that I can do ANYTHING that I put my heart into. I know that there will always be work to be done right along side of that belief but I already know that I am willing to put in the work which puts me so far ahead of the game. Not succeeding is not an option and that mentality alone already makes me a success. The same should be done with your health and fitness. You have to be so determined to succeed that no one or nothing is going to get in your way!
One of the simplest to say but hardest to accomplish ways to be successful is to NEVER speak negatively about yourself or anything that you do. Always speak positively about yourself and what you are trying to do because not only is it a constant reminder of why you started but you never know who is listening and may become a part of your plan along the way.
Consequently, negative self talk is so destructive that it can not only derail your plans but drive people away from you in the process. How many times have you heard someone talk negatively about something that they are doing or experiencing and it has made you cringe? Don’t be that person! There are always people who are willing to help you because they are going through the same things or have gone through them before. Help is just an email, text, social media post or phone call away…you just have to be make your mind up that you want that help.
