HERstory – Shreya K.

I had been working out at home for nearly a year, but I always felt like I was missing something and lacked motivation. I find big gyms scary and less inspiring, and I don’t like machines either.  My friend introduced me to Aspire, and I haven’t looked back since. It’s become a weekly ritual that I really look forward to.

Consistency, staying active on non-workout days, and managing my nutrition with wholesome, high-protein meals and drinking a lot of water are what help me stay successful. The most important has been developing relationships. These friendships and Anthony have helped me stay accountable, have made the session enjoyable, and have been a source of encouragement.

All wins, no losses; this is what keeps me going along my health and fitness journey. Since I began working out consistently, I’ve been sleeping better, have more energy, and my physical appearance has helped me feel better and healthier in my own skin. I’ve never felt better!

Working out and staying active in general are a huge part of my life, and I intend to keep on this path of self-discovery and improvement. I hope to encourage the women in my life to commit to a regular exercise routine and prioritize their own health.

Spread the love!
