Last decade went by so quickly, it feels like a blur. I could not focus on my health and fitness and was constantly tired and used to shy away from wearing sleeveless clothes as my arms were getting bulky. I tried different ways like walking, biking and nothing was working. I was very keen to get back in shape, lose some weight, get toned and look good in my 40’s.

Then in June of 2024 I saw an ad for ASPIRE and tried to give it a shot. Well, the advantages were it was an all-women’s gym, focused on 40+ age group, semi-private training, flexible schedules and closer to home.

It took 3 -4 months for my body to get used to strength training and with correct nutrition and portion control, every day I am getting closer to my goal. It’s been more than a year, and I can surely say I have lost weight and toned a bit as well. Thanks to all the nutrition-based advice from the trainers at Aspire.

What I love about ASPIRE is that no one judges you, the trainers are amazing, the workouts are different each day. I always look forward to my gym days and seriously thinking of switching from 2 to 3 days a week.

My secret to success is dedication and consistency. I make sure not to skip any of gym days and compensate if I have other obligations or vacation travel. Well, all I can say is joining ASPIRE is one of the best decisions of my life.
