Aspire Back Health Sequence

As so many of us know, our backs control our lives and most of us have experienced back pain in some form or another. The second that our back feels in any way strange then that is all that we think about. Now don’t let it get strained or pulled in any way and it is lights out!

Not too long ago I filmed a sequence of movements that are designed to keep your back/spine/hips moving and healthy on a daily basis as well as help decrease the frequency of pain episodes. No, it will not eliminate back pain all together. You can complete the sequence from beginning to end every day or break it into whichever pieces work for you. You can then complete it on a schedule that works better for your life. The goal though is to complete the sequence with some regularity as that is the only way that you will see even the smallest benefit from it.

So there you have it, complete the sequence and be back pain free for the rest of your life! ABSOLUTELY NOT, but you should still get started today! After all…movement is medicine!
