HERstory – Mindy N.

I worked out with Anthony about 12 years ago. He helped me lose all of my baby weight. From there, a series of job changes, residential moves and an active daughter kept me working out but my results were just “average.” I found Coach Anthony and Aspire during the height of COVID and now I can’t imagine life without trying with him again.

The secret to my success has been consistency. My commute to the gym is over 30 minutes. Add in the fact that I am a working mom with a demanding career and you have a recipe for all of the reasons to skip the gym. But for me that is not an option so I rarely miss an opportunity to train at Aspire.

I’ve been able to maintain my motivation by doing everything that I can to feel good not only physically but mentally as well. When I am not working out consistently I feel sluggish both mentally and physically so keeping myself in a good place with both is a high priority.

The future for me is pretty simple but not easy. I want to inspire other people to better themselves each day. The best way for me to do this is to be a living example of just that.

Spread the love!
