I had been training both men and women for over 10 years and for some reason the thought of just training women didn’t appeal to me. But as time wore on I began to realize that I have been “training” for this very thing all of my life. Growing up surrounded by four sisters has molded me into the man that I am today… oftentimes against my will… LOL!

There are a few things that have led to my success but they all come back to my life rules:

    1. Don’t take yourself too seriously – I enjoy what I do EVERY day and I do it like it is the last day that I get to do it. I have to have fun while doing it or else it isn’t worth it.
    2. Don’t worry about the things that you cannot control – this is so much harder to do than to say but so many of the things that we worry about were never in our control in the first place.
    3. See rules #1 & #2 – apply the 2 rules and see what is left. Not everything will fit within the 2 rules but if you do things with transparency and the best of intentions life will give you just what you need and often times much more.

Personally, my mother is my ultimate motivator. Growing up and seeing how hard she worked for the things that she provided for our family has been and will continue to be something that I can only hope to duplicate.

Professionally, getting to know all of the women who have entrusted their health and fitness to me motivates me to be and do my best every day. There is never a day off as each day is another chance to educate and motivate the ladies of APTW to get one step closer to their best fitness selves.

Being in business for over 2 years now can definitely make one become complacent but not me. Each client and each day brings new challenges to be overcome which keeps me on my toes and there is no other place than Aspire for Women where I want to meet them head-on![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”741″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”742″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_custom_heading text=”Coach Caroline” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:25px|text_align:left|color:%230192c6″ use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]I enjoy working in an atmosphere that helps women realize that they are capable of doing amazing things with their bodies. Also, with APTW having a smaller client base, I enjoy having the ability to know everyone individually and tailor the programs so that they get the best workout for their needs. It really does have a family feel.

Being humble and open to learning and improving myself as a coach has led to much of my success. One of the best things about working in the fitness industry is that there is always something new to learn. Our clients have probably taught me as much if not more than I have taught them. The same answers don’t always work for everyone and understanding each individual is a huge part of being able to give them a great fitness experience and helping them hit their goals.

I’m fortunate to have a job that I truly love and that’s a huge motivator. One of my favorite things is the moment a client tells me that they couldn’t do before thanks to their training. Those small victories of living better and appreciating what your body can do for you are so worth celebrating.

I truly do care about our clients and the fact that they trust their health to me, share their goals, and let me help them be their healthiest will always make me want to give them the best support I can. My goal is to continue growing and learning new things.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_section][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_custom_heading text=”Coach Jordan” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:25px|text_align:left|color:%230192c6″ use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]I love coaching at Aspire for Women! I get to be a part of a great community of women with an opportunity to help them achieve and exceed their health and fitness goals. Fitness is my number one passion and has actually changed my life and I believe can do the same for others.

My three main components to my success, in fitness and life in general, are discipline, consistency, and self-love. If you can actively practice those three things you will always be successful.

My main motivation as a coach is helping others on their fitness journey and seeing the results as we progress. I am just as excited as you are for you to meet a goal that we have been working towards together. I strive to get better every day and to contribute to the Aspire for Women team. I want to learn as much about our clients as possible, build some great relationships and keep our ladies growing strong and healthy. I also plan on owning a gym like Aspire someday so Coach Anthony will make the best mentor to accomplish that goal.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”743″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_rounded”][/vc_column][/vc_row][/vc_section]
